Our ArtistsAllan Hollar John LomaxJohn Lomax grew up in Charlotte, NC and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill. He worked in the ceramic tile industry as a commercial contractor and after selling his business he started painting watercolors and became active in several regional art associations. He has studied with many well known artists and teachers and is a signature member of the Watercolor Society of North Carolina. Many of his paintings are scenes from his travels both here and abroad.
